Maps
You can find, and print, pdf maps of most of the routes we use on the Walk4life site on our Maps page.
Some routes can be slightly varied by using short cuts or loops, which can easily be followed using the OS maps (see below). They can also be walked in either direction as most are circular with just one or two out and back.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the routes submitted by GGHW is accurately drawn and has been risk assessed by a qualified walk leader.
Goring Gap Health Walks cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or inconvenience should any route, or part of a route, be closed or inaccessible for any reason, including pheasant shoots in season. (known shoots are shown on the Leaders Rosters page.
Due to the limitations of the Walk4life system, we cannot guarantee that the maps are accurately to scale. You are advised to use them in conjunction with Ordnance Survey Map - OS 1:50 000 Landranger Series nos. 174 and 175.
There are a large number of other maps on the Walk4life site (£5 subscription required), which GGHW cannot be held responsible for in any way whatsoever. If you want to find other maps, just type a postcode into the search box.

Local routes
The maps on the Walk4life site are primarily for a brisk fitness walk. However they can be combined with a visit to a local pub or eatery. Visit the Local Walks page to find descriptions of routes suitable for families.
Some pubs worth visiting are not on our regular routes, but are included for those who would like a longer walk with a stop for lunch.
